1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Complete Vastu ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Complete Vastu provides AI-powered Vastu Shastra analysis of floor plans. Our service includes:
- Automated floor plan analysis using Google Gemini AI
- Vastu score calculation (0-100)
- Defect identification and remedies
- Downloadable PDF reports
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
4. Payment Terms
- Home audits: ₹49 per report
- Office audits: ₹499 per report
- Factory audits: ₹1,999 per report
- All prices are inclusive of 18% GST
- Payments are processed via Razorpay
- All sales are final (see Refund Policy below)
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are ONLY available if:
- Technical failure prevents report generation
- Duplicate charge for the same property
- Service was not delivered within 24 hours
Refunds are NOT available for:
- Disagreement with AI findings
- Life outcomes (health, wealth, relationships)
- Change of mind after viewing report
- Inability to implement remedies
6. Limitation of Liability
CRITICAL: Complete Vastu is an informational tool, NOT a substitute for professional consultation.
- We do NOT guarantee accuracy of room detection
- We do NOT guarantee improvement in life outcomes
- Our AI may produce incorrect results
- Vastu Shastra has varying interpretations - our analysis may differ from traditional consultants
You agree that:
- Complete Vastu is not liable for any damages resulting from use of our service
- You will consult a certified Vastu expert before making major property changes
- You will not sue us for poor life outcomes
7. Intellectual Property
- Floor plans you upload remain your property
- Reports generated are licensed to you (non-transferable)
- You may NOT resell or redistribute our reports
- Our AI prompts and algorithms are proprietary
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- We strip GPS data from uploaded images
- Floor plans are deleted after 30 days
- We do not share your data with third parties (except payment processor)

9. User Responsibilities
You confirm that:
- The uploaded floor plan is legally yours OR you have permission from the owner
- You will not analyze others' properties without consent (stalking/harassment)
- You will not use our service for illegal purposes
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer our AI
10. Rate Limits
- Free tier: 3 audits per 24 hours
- Exceeding limits may result in temporary account suspension
- Fraudulent activity results in permanent ban
11. Affiliate Disclosure
Our reports may include affiliate links to remedy products. We earn a commission if you purchase through these links. This does NOT affect the price you pay.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
